When we lived on Xingfu Lu (our second apartment), we discovered a gem
of a restaurant. At least once a week when we did not feel like
cooking we would find ourselves there. The staff all knew us and it
was reasonably priced with consistently good food.
Today we decided to go there for dinner, but to our complete surprise,
it was no longer. There was no warning that it was going to disappear,
but gone forever now. Things change so quickly here, but this was one
place I did not think I would say good bye to until I left China. I
did not imagine it would leave before me.
