World Cup

So I was wondering how North Korea managed to get a team in the World Cup when China and her one billion people cannot?

My student told me a joke about World Cup Today.

There was a Korean, a Japanese, and a Chinese and they each asked the God a question.

The Korean asked, "When will Korea win the World Cup?"

The God replied, "I can see it happening in 500 years."

The Korean left crying because he knew he would not see it happen in his lifetime.

The Japanese asked "When will Japan win the World Cup?"

The God replied, "I don't see that happening in 300 years."

The Japanese left crying because he knew he would not see it happen in his lifetime.

The Chinese asked "When will China win the World Cup?"

The god began crying, so the Chinese asked why.

The God replied, " I am crying because I don't see China winning the World Cup in my lifetime."

I think there are two things that truly hurt the pride of people in China. One is the poor skill of the men's soccer team, and the other is the fact that a local Chinese has not been awarded the Nobel Prize.
